Yesterday (26th December), the BBC posted not one but four items on their news web-site and also broadcast three of them on their television news programmes, about fox hunting, the proposed repeal of the hunting act, fox hunts and Boxing Day fox-hunting meets but not, apparently, about the killing fields of Britain. Three of the items include video.

The four items are:

‘Hunting: Minister says ban repeal vote “not imminent”‘: read the item and add your comment online at www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-20842791

‘Hunts: Countryside Alliance v League Against Cruel Sports’: read the item and view video at www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-20843260

‘Fox hunting ban vote unlikely, says Environment Secretary’: read the item and view video at www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-20843257

‘”A city man can’t understand our life'”‘: read the item and view video at www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-20726871

.

The BBC’s coverage yesterday of the issues doesn’t look balanced or complete; you can send a comment or complaint to the BBC via links at http://news.bbc.co.uk/newswatch/ukfs/hi/feedback/default.stm
