Today (30th December), the Sea Shepherd Society Conservation Society posted a news item on their web-site titled ‘Sea Shepherd Australia welcomes former Greens leader Bob Brown to its Board of Directors’.

‘… “Sea Shepherd Australia is growing and becoming more active each year. Access to increased resources makes this possible. We have always maintained that we do what we can, to the best of our abilities, with the resources available to us.

We have also always believed that we need a Board that reflects diversity of talent, skills, experience, and imagination.

Sea Shepherd Australia could think of no greater asset to Sea Shepherd’s team than former Greens Leader Bob Brown.

We are sincerely proud to welcome Bob Brown to the Sea Shepherd Australia Board of Directors.” …’
